This apartment was perfectly located one block from where my dad resides in assisted living. The bed was super comfy as was the sofa! I will definitely be returning!

Great Location. Walking distance to Old Town Sacramento, parks and restaurants. Great backyard. It was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. This will be my go to place when we visit her.

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

Booked this at the last minute for a quick one night stay. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to check in within the hour. When we arrived we were in awe of the beauty of the property, so well kept, peaceful and inviting. The place is so serene, and everything about it made us wish we could stay longer. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable and spacious with everything we could have needed. We hope to come back when we can stay longer.

We have stayed in Airbnbs all over the world and this has been our favorite Airbnb. They have thought of everything that you would need for your stay. Every door and every cupboard you open has the cutest decorations in it. It was perfect for the 8 of us to stay with lots of room. Thank you for an amazing place to call home for the weekend.

We enjoyed our stay in Anthony's home! It was centrally located and easy to get to. The home was clean and very nicely decorated. Anthony was super responsive (to the point of bringing us a new hair dryer within 30-45 minutes). Will definitely come back!

The place was beautiful and amazing, exactly what we needed for our little bridesmaids trip get away with friends. We did run into a slight issue upon arrival but the hosts were quick to respond and resolve everything accordingly! Honestly one of the nicest places I’ve had the pleasure of staying at, and everyone had a blast. The area was beautiful and peaceful, just what we needed. And it was so close to many stores, restaurants, and even the wedding venue which was perfect for our stay! Thank you so much for having us!

Super cute and clean place. Had everything we needed and more. House is on a busy street, but entrance on the side street is very convenient. Surprised at how quiet it is despite the busy street. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I loved it! We had 6 couples so we had the whole house. The beds comfortable and the furniture and space were perfect. The backyard was amazing. Room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The only recommendation I can say is the bedroom that you have to go through the bathroom to get to the hallway should be retrofitted to add a door to the hallway just something to think about. We will book again next year regardless it was beautiful 😍 Also thanks to Karen she was very helpful.

The place matches the photos if not better. Everything is in perfect condition and had a wonderful time here. Great restaurants nearby with a lot to do. The host is helpful and communicative. I highly recommend this rental

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

Definitely enjoyed our stay here. Felt safe in this part of Stockton. Great coffee shops all around

was pretty cozy and close to old sacramento and downtown. right next to the freeway but if you closed the windows you cant hear it at all!

Lori was a great host. She was super flexible with check in time as we arrived earlier than expected. Her home was very comfortable and clean, which we really liked.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.
