In our cozy cottage, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Lofsfjällen mountains while the fire crackles in the background. The cottage is modern, newly renovated, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. There are three bedrooms, a large living room with an open floor plan towards the fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a relaxation area. Suitable for larger as well as smaller groups, your four-legged friends are of course welcome! The cottage is directly adjacent to magical cross-country ski trails and hiking trails.

Put on your cross-country skis and glide out on the illuminated cross-country trail behind the lodge. It is also close to the ski resort, snowmobile trails, MTB and downhill trails, hiking trails and walking distance to the village's restaurants and all the services you need. The ski resort can be reached by car in about 3 minutes. Also close enough to walk there.

On the F road, we offer a charming house with fantastic mountain views from both the house, the guest house and the sauna - all connected by a spacious and inviting terrace. The house is suitable for hiking and cycling and in winter there is the possibility of ski-in when the top is open and ski-out for those who can imagine staking. The plot borders both the snowmobile trail and the Hovärksspåret, which means that you can easily reach the rest of the cross-country trail system directly from the house. Electric car charging is available.

Well-equipped kitchen in rustic mountain style with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove and wine cooler.

You enter a large hall with a toilet at the entrance, further into the living room and well-equipped kitchen in an open plan. There are 4 bedrooms, toilet with shower and sauna and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Garage available. Cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails are just outside the house. The village is 1.7 km away and the ski slopes are 2.5 km away.
