In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

Welcome to our charming 2-star gîte, ideally located in a quiet area between the sea and the center of Saint-Brevin-les-Pins. Upon arrival, you can park your car on the adjacent street for free and enjoy the soothing atmosphere of the gîte, as well as its terrace, garden or immediately borrow the bikes for free to discover the surroundings. The beach is at the end of the street, a 7-minute walk, and the city center is a 10-minute walk. Beautiful walks await you😉.
