Cozy, clean accommodation out of sight in a quiet inner courtyard.

We were only passing through Saint Etienne to sleep, so we did not enjoy the place. However, for what we were looking for (sleeping) it was very good. Finally, there is a little noise but it is normal, the apartment is located in a building and in the city.

We had a very pleasant stay in this nice and modern apartment where nothing is missing. The little extra: a small terrace to enjoy your meals in peace with a superb view! Sébastien is responsive to exchanges and very welcoming!

Nice stay in this house, quiet, with the alarm clock to the sound of birds. Ideal location for hiking and discovering the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park. The person who welcomed us was punctual and gave us all the necessary information for the smooth running of our stay. The house is clean and well equipped. Everything you need for a great stay!

We had a great weekend in Sebastien's beautiful house, who with his partner are very welcoming hosts and responsive to our requests. Everything was perfect, the house, the exteriors we were lucky enough to enjoy thanks to the sun. Spacious, functional kitchen, beautiful living room with quality sound system. If we have a chance, we'll be back with pleasure in this beautiful masion.

A lovely home in a lovely place. The fireplace was already burning when we arrived. Beautiful surroundings, super nice view and especially very quiet. Nice living room, good bed and pleasant bathroom. For the cold evenings, it was great that there was a large stack of wood ready to leave the stove on. The blankets made it extra pleasant. In the morning, enjoy the sun while you hear nothing but the birds, enjoy!

The stay went very well, Cyrielle was available remotely for my arrival and departure, the communication was fluid, the accommodation is very clean. The accommodation is located very close to the Hôpital Nord, a laundromat is available on the ground floor, the residence is clean and quiet. A bakery and its very convenient terrace downstairs from the building. Recommended.
