Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Loja

Fantastic little apartment in Loja, I stayed here for over 4 months. It's the top unit, 4th floor, so there is stairs, which are well worth it, because you get a fantastic view of the city from your private balcony! This was one of the main reasons I rented this place and was very happy I did. The view is beautiful at all hours. Nice high ceilings! It's a great location, 1km from El Centro or Supermaxi. 3 blocks off the main bus line on Pio Jaramillo, also some great restaurants close by. Local mercado on weds and Sunday 3 blocks away, great and cheap fruits and veg. The hosts are always very helpful and are extremely friendly and generous. Patricio literally gave me the hat off his head one day! Really great people ❤️ The only real drawback for me was the shower, it was finicky to get it to turn on. Also sometimes the entire barrio is without water for several hours. A toaster would be helpful since there is no oven. Overall it's a very nice private space to enjoy Loja 😃

Rita was very responsive and flexible, accomodating us with our request to stay at very short notice. The apartment was as described and neat and clean. Very well lighted. On the 3rd floor, but easy climb. The location couldn't be better for the Central Park and yet that comes with the downside of sometimes motorcycles going with noise in the middle of the night. Good value for money. Good job, Rita.

The stay with Jhuliana was magnificent, she was very attentive and kind, the place spectacular, everything clean and very nice, we felt right at home. We would stay with her again whenever we visit Loja.

The apartment is very beautiful and spacious, Luis was very kind and was always available, the internet worked well. The apartment is located on an unpaved hill, which sometimes made access a little difficult, and the apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator, but it is worth the price.

Very clean and tidy, it has everything you need to stay. Close to malls and parks.

Hosts are great, intelligent, helpful. The location is super, the view from the window is mountains, there is a river nearby, there are paths along it, people do sports, mainly jogging, the city itself is the most calm in Ecuador from the large ones, there is no heat and there is no cold. And the house is on the edge, not noisy. They wrote that the dogs disturbed someone, I told the hosts. They said she died, they loved her for a very, long time...

This place is a must to get to know the heart of Loja! You can walk to restaurants, tourist attractions, etc. It's a good place to stay in Loja!

Highly recommended, very cozy atmosphere, Karina is very friendly and kind, we would return without thinking, in the city center, easy to get around even walking, very grateful for everything.

Everything is great without a novelty, I would definitely come back
