New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Panoramic sea view is the key word for this beautiful wooden cottage. The living room is facing west and the beautiful, red sunset can be enjoyed by the large windows or by the terrace. The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

There's a trampoline and a campfire pit. There's a carport in the driveway. The price includes cleaning but excludes bed linen and towels.
