Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Long Barn

The cabin was very cute and perfectly located for our needs and wants. Very quiet cabin inside.

We absolutely enjoyed our visit, it was without doubt one of the best places we stayed during our travels! The house is very cozy and tasteful and we loved the well equipped kitchen. Special appreciation for all the doggie things Eric got ready for us! We shall be back despite the 10+ hrs drive, it was definitely worth it!

We love this place. It’s a very clean and comfortable. It’s like a home away from home! The owner is exceptionally friendly and will respond to your messages very quickly. We’ve been here twice now and loved it even more the second time. Came up to Twain Harte to play in the snow and we were not disappointed! The roads in the vicinity were plowed and maintained during the snow fall. The home heating and gas stove work great to keep you warm. The TV is massive and the internet is fast. Again, we love this place and can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was incredibly relaxing, with comfortable beds we’ve slept in while traveling. Everything was easy to find and well-organized, making our stay stress-free. As a family traveling with two young girls, we especially appreciated how kid-friendly the space was—tons of toys, games, and entertainment options kept them happy and engaged, giving us parents a chance to truly relax. A perfect spot for families, and we’d absolutely stay again!

Great location for a weekend with some friends or family. Grilling in front of sunset views at the place was awesome! Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a place to relax for the weekend. Place was as described and hosts were easy to communicate with. Check in was easy.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, very well designed and spacious, with several lovely porches to sit outside. Everything felt brand new and was spectacularly clean. Everything worked exactly as expected. The location is a very easy walk a couple of blocks over to downtown Murphy’s. We would absolutely book again for our next trip!

Nick's cabin was the perfect retreat for our week-long getaway in the woods. The spacious, open floor plan with tasteful decor created a welcoming atmosphere that was both comfortable and functional. The large, well-equipped kitchen was a highlight—cooking with the high-quality HexClad pans was a pleasure, and we enjoyed preparing meals together. The amenities were excellent: comfortable beds, quality furniture, a cozy fireplace, and entertainment options including a ping pong table and TV. Starlink internet was remarkably reliable—we were able to work remotely with multiple simultaneous video calls without issues. The location couldn't be better, just minutes from beautiful Pinecrest Lake and Stanislaus Forest, allowing us to balance productive workdays with afternoon adventures in nature. Nick was responsive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. The cabin was immaculately clean upon arrival. This was an ideal spot for our childrens' week away from school.

My wife and I loved our stay here!! The interior was beautifully decorated and filled with high end items from the comforters and pillows to the kitchen knives and cookware. It made our stay feel luxurious up in the mountains. Then, the whole reason we chose this cabin, the wood-fired hot tub was an absolute delight and has ruined all other hot tubs for us. Nothing like hearing the fire crackling as it heats up the water for you. We loved the abundance of towels, the old CRT tv upstairs (we brought our N64), and the overall cozy feel of the cabin. There are some houses nearby, but most are hidden from view and you still feel very secluded. Well worth the 8hr trip for this beautiful place.

A perfect apartment in a beautiful little town, full of character and close enough to Yosemite for a day trip. Very comfortable bed and spacious living spaces. Would highly recommend, one of the best Airbnbs we have used.

Very comfortable and quiet property. We booked this property giving Kevin and Teresa only an hour’s notice. They were very pleasant and made sure everything was set for us. Kevin met us and showed us around. The apartment was very warm and cozy. We would highly recommend!!

My brother, sister, and I stayed at Liz's place during our Yosimite National Park visit. The accommodations are easily accessible, clean, and very pretty. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely book again.

Great location right near the heart of Murphys. On a second floor over some shops and a nice restaurant. Small balcony from the bedroom has a nice view down Main Street. Very cozy and large. It’s in an older building, which shows in a couple things like the heater being a bit loud, but all in all very nice.

This place is absolutely amazing and great for families. My kids enjoyed every minute and we can’t wait to come back!
