Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. For families w/ children we can supply a Pack & Play, booster seat, toys, mama roo, and baby brezza.

Belmont Heights is a historic, family friendly neighborhood. Though our street is quiet, we are in walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. We are also very close to shopping & restaurants on 2nd Street, downtown LB, and the beach. Two nearby bus stops can take you to downtown Long Beach for restaurants, bars, Aquarium of the Pacific, and Queen Mary. *We are only 25 miles to downtown Los Angeles and 20 miles away from Disneyland. *We welcome people of all backgrounds!

Unique 1920s Craftsman Stay Near Beach

This is a unique 1920's craftsman home. Guests have a private entrance and private access to 2 rooms and a large bathroom (“in-law” suite). Entering the 1st bedroom, you'll see a dinette that has seating for two. Through the hall, you’ll see the bathroom with dual vanity & French bathtub with an option to shower. Past the bathroom, there’s a 2nd bedroom w/kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave & Keurig coffee maker). Note: no full kitchen. Let me know if you have questions 😊

The unit has no stove. A dedicated 1 parking space is included.
