Just steps from the Margate border, a golf driving range, bay trails, fishing spots, and a nature reserve for stunning sunsets. This large 3 bedroom home has 5 cozy beds, front and rear out door areas, LOTS of amenities. Games, snacks and even toothbrushes if you forget yours!

The neighborhood is designed for a slow and easy lifestyle, so park the car and take advantage of the great restaurants, parks, tennis courts, basketball courts, and the beach. Pets are welcome, too.
