Thank you the loft floors are fully heated for extra comfort, wifi, keuring coffee maker and soundproofing for more discretion. Water softener system, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer. the ceiling is 9 feet high, which makes this space very spacious. the loft is a fully private accommodation. (not shared) we are on site 24 hours a day in a private apartment. a very safe place. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and close to all services. the loft is a 10-minute walk from the metro, there is a bus stop on the corner that goes directly to the metro.
