Cottage holiday rentals in Loon Lake

My mom and I celebrated our birthday weekend with our family and had the most wonderful time at the cabin. Lindsey's cabin was the perfect place to reflect and soak in the beautiful view of the mountains and lake. We spent hours just sitting on the couch looking through the the windows at the gorgeous view. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals for our long weekend. We drove to Safeway one afternoon for anything else we wanted and it was a short drive. I'm so glad for the clear directions about getting into the driveway and all the other household details written on the fridge. I didn't need to reach out for anything. Towels and toiletries were provided and we enjoyed the hot tub while looking at the lake one afternoon. There were dog hairs on the sofa and throws. It wasn't a big deal and understandably could be from pets of other guests. I do wish this wasn't the case and this would be the only thing that could be improved.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! As my sister commented “it’s rare to find a place that’s even better in person than in photos” and this was that place! The property was so beautiful and fit my families needs perfectly! We loved that it was so quiet and peaceful yet minutes from town and restaurants if we needed. The hosts were super responsive and friendly! Plus, Daisy was the sweetest the dog! We rented all the properties on site as my family is large and it was just what we needed!

We stayed here for my sons 21st birthday w/ 3 of his best friends & 1 of their GF's! They chilled outside by the campfire & enjoyed the scenery of the lake! Wasn't until after check-in that we decided to add-on the pedal boat, which was super easy to do!! For someone that's never rented an Airbnb before, I felt like my communication was asking silly questions throughout our stay, but Nicole made me feel super comfortable & very welcoming in her lake home! Silly as this may sound for some, the very first thing that stood out to me upon check-in was the "cleanliness aroma" of walking in!! Not only did the smell stand out, it spoke for itself on the overall cleanliness & first impression beauty of their home! I'd also like to mention 2 left behind items, my sons expensive sonic toothbrush and mouthwash! I was able to remain in contact with Nicole's husband & we were easily able to coordinate with their address for me to go pick up these items! WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!

All in all a great place to stay, had everything we needed for a weekend of disc golf. Very peacefull and quite place to stay if your looking to just get away. Will definitely use it again.

Location, location, location! So close to Silverwood yet private. We felt perfectly safe letting the kids run around outside. The farm animals were friendly and fun. April left treats for us to feed them too. The mini-split kept the house nice and cool, even on the hottest days. We'll be back next year!

You and your family will love this home! It is quirky and fun but so comfortable! There are two paddle boats for your use, floaties, squirt guns, etc. We were a 3 generational party of 10 and it worked well. The outside bathroom is so convenient with the shower. We put all our extra drinks out there to refill the coolers in the shed area attached to the bathroom. If you have a boat, we recommend you using it to bring all your stuff into the home. Our host was very clear that our 70 and 80 year old parents would not do well traversing the 136 stairs down to the home so we boated them in. Lots of sheets and blankets and everything you need to cook and relax! The stove is very old so we used the BBQ and did all our cooking outside (which was lovely, actually). Don't be concerned about the water. Anna is a SPECTACULAR host!!! Cell and internet service was no problem. Don't hesitate to book this amazing vacation spot. And you can boat to restaurants and golf. Everyone had a great time!

Absolutely amazing view of the lake. The house was clean and the beds were soft and comfy! I’ve had bad experiences with in the past where the pics were not even close. Whar you see is what you get! Elisabeth was super friendly. She came out to greet us. Even checked up on us the next to see if we needed anything! Not used to that kind of customer service! Pool table and the retro arcade game was so rad! Definitely will be going back!

We stayed at Sandra's cabin on a Labor Day Weekend and we loved it! The cabin was very clean - the cleanest Airb&b I have ever stayed at. The place is perfect for two people. Sandra's cabin is pet friendly. Our dog Joy enjoyed racing back and forth in a front yard. She is a smaller doggie and we had to keep an eye on her as lots of deer coming to the yard. We enjoyed watching them hanging out in the yard or picking fresh apples directly from the tree.

I worked in the area for 2+ months, traveling 10 days at a time and spent 5 of my trips at the cottage. I enjoyed the sense of community Taylor and Cody have created around their home. I felt comfortable bringing my old dog with me, she kept an eye on the house either from the open front door or from the best dog bed spot right in front of the window. I appreciate the ability to feel secure. I love the ginormous tvs.

Jason is a great host and the home was very relaxing. We lived on the deck with wonderful views of the lake. Very quiet and the sunsets breath tacking. Would stay again.

Corey was very responsive to any requests and questions. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked with necessary items and bonus items too. Would definitely stay there again!

The Cozy Cabin on the Pend Oreille River was the perfect location for our trip to NE Washington. It is a comfortable, clean, and relaxing place to simple be. Turkeys and deer stroll through the yard, and lovely sunsets over the river. The location is great for making day trips to the many points of interest between the Canadian Border and Newport. The host Jacquie was very kind and helpful. We hope to stay here again next year!

Everything was perfect for a lake retreat. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals together, there were many board games and video games to occupy our time. The location was quiet; we could nap perfectly. The lake was just across the street - so close! We went ice fishing each day and enjoyed the snowstorm. We loved this cabin very much.

Jolene's cabin is an amazing place. The lake is so close views are amazing. Jolene is very kind and responsive to your needs. I recommend highly staying here. look forward to staying again.

Wonderful hosts - the type of hosts that display the spirit of AirBnb. Great 3 night stay for a family of 4 attending the Ironman 70.3 CDA triathlon. Cottage is an easy walk downtown, near McEuen park splashpad where our kids played endlessly, and was ideal for competing in the triathlon. Super proactive and helpful hosts, would recommend!

The house was in a nice quiet area, walkable to downtown Coeur d'Alene and the lake. Comfortable with nice amenities. Very dog friendly with a great backyard for a pooch. Our hosts were attentive, friendly, and very responsive. We did not need to use the 2nd bedroom, which is downstairs in the daylight basement, but it was nice having the 2nd bathroom and the laundry which are also down there. Would stay again!

Most perfect getaway with tons to do. The location couldn’t be better for me and my family. Extremely comfortable, all the amenities you could ask for. The neighbors and the community are perfect and couldn’t ask for anything better, extremely quiet right in the center of God’s country. I’ll definitely return for a longer stay.

Had a great time staying at this property! When we first arrived, there was fresh baked muffins on the counter with a special note welcoming us to the house. Everything was clean and very inviting, felt like home away from home. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Robert's house worked well for us. The location was great. The house is walking distance to the lake, restaurants, and Tubbs Hill. The house was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood is great.
