Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. The house contains three apartments with stunning views over the sea and Lopud bay. All apartments have a private, furnished balcony. One gets the feeling to "hover" over the sea when sitting here, the view across the entire bay is fantastic! Outside the house there are also several patios which may be used. The house is only 100 meters from a lovely beach. Here you can enjoy in quiet and relaxing surroundings although you are only few minutes walking distance from the center of the island.

Skylights bathe each room in natural light and you can enjoy performances and concerts from the windows on the right day. Apartment Adriatic Allure is a newly renovated, two bedroom apartment located at the centre of Dubrovnik.
