Kitchen, living room and bedroom renovated in January 2025. I will prepare the beds before check-in with clean bed linen and leave clean towels on the beds. Free WiFi. TV has Chromecast. No TV channels. The apartment is about 45 m2. Outside the kitchen window there are garden tables with 4 chairs that can be used. Pillows for the chairs are available in the entrance.

There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. The ceiling is made of concrete and covered with a double layer of plaster. Thus, very little noise from above. The apartment has an active ventilation system with incoming air to the bedroom and living room and outgoing air from the bathroom and kitchen.
