The location boasts excellent access for recreation on Tug Hill, and we’re situated nicely to enjoy all the other great outdoor recreational activities that Northern NY state offers, including the Adirondack mountains, Lake Ontario, and the 1000 Islands areas. The snowmobile trail directly across the road, takes you straight into Barnes Corners and onto the trail network, yet we’re only 5 minutes off I81. Ride from the property!

Cozy Cottage located only 15 minutes away from Fort Drum! ONE block away from Thompson Park/Zoo and only a 10min drive to Watertown mall! Fishing boats fit in Driveway. Bed is Firm! For any tourist visiting any upstate New York attractions, or simply looking for home away from home, this is your place! Two camera are installed; One in front entrance and one in the back. There is no limit to any outdoor activities with this location.

Visit the 1000 Islands for a beautiful experience on the St Lawrence River. Local shops, eateries and drinks 10 minutes from our place. The spacious porch is a quiet space to relax or try the jacuzzi tub!..the options are endless!

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. Unplug during your trip in the middle of the woods, tiny rustic one room cabin with hot tub sits in Little John Forest and borders the Boylston snowmobile trail system Perfect for snowmobiling and 4 wheeling. Acres of state land for hunting. Cabin is 22 miles from the Salmon River in Pulaski NY. Sleeps 4 with a sofa bed and a bunk bed that holds a queen and full mattress. Equipped with electricity, running water,WIFI. A bathroom with shower.

There are several state parks ranging from 5 to 30 minute drive for those who prefer to explore on foot. Also a 30 minute drive from Pulaski, NY, salmon fishing capital of NY! Stay with us while you play and explore all that Northern New York has to offer!

Golf Coarse near by, Skiing at Dry Hill, Snowmobiling at Barns Corners. All new appliances and furniture. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. Back patio with awning and back yard. We call it the collie cottage after our beautiful Collie dog and our love for the breed.
