This beautiful apartment is located in Valle de San Lorenzo. The ocean and the mountains are visible from the apartment and are easy reachable by bus or car. The mountains are even around the corner. This apartment is perfect for singles, couples or friends looking for a safe and peaceful place to calm down and getting to know locals better. It is reachable by Bus, but renting a car is far more comfortable. A very good wifi-connection is also available. I'm looking forward to hear from you! :)

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment! The living room and bedroom have large glass doors to the terrace.

Downstairs are the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and one restroom are, upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. At the back of the house is a large terrace and the entrance to swimming pools. The house belongs to a complex with 2 pools and a small one for children. Shops and restaurants are not too far; near the house is a boardwalk along the ocean .
