I am a classically certified Pilates instructor living and working in Los Angeles. I currently teach group reformer classes and I also offer private sessions for individuals or duets. I have worked for Equinox, LA Fitness, and several boutique studios, and have experience working with every kind of body, from beginners to advanced and also athletes and those who are recovering from injuries or surgeries such as joint replacements, etc. I believe in the power of movement, alignment, and spinal stability and I can help you get centered in your body, especially after traveling!

15 years of experience I'm a 3rd-generation Classical Pilates instructor with a deep-rooted passion for movement. I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer with several specialized certifications. I trained with Frank Zito, Mari Winsor, Saul Choza, Trish Garland, and more.

22 years of experience I'm a yoga and Pilates instructor and a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have a master's degrees in psychology and am certified in Kundalini yoga and meditation. I founded Light Leaders Children's Yoga and wrote curriculum to train teachers.
