Casa Alta Vista is a 3 bedroom home w/ private pool & incredible ocean views from every window & terrace. Set up on a hill overlooking the ocean, you can lounge by the pool, whale watch from the deck, or enjoy the palapa covered back patio. The property is completely enclosed with a wall & gated driveway. About a ten minute walk down the hill to the beach below (rocky, but great for snorkeling). May not be suitable for young children as there are low railings and ledges. 10 min drive to town

Central to the shops, restaurants, hiking trails, sport fishing, kiteboarding, snorkeling, and Mexico’s # 1 Pickleball courts, Tres Palapas. Entire villa can be rented.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Enjoy the largest deck in the complex, accompanied by a gas grill and 2 kayaks for your use, one double, one single. It's very private, as it is situated to the far corner of the property. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex." Pool Level, exceptionally private, located on the corner of the complex with its own entrance.

Casa de la Playa is a spacious 4 bedroom home on the beach in the heart of downtown Los Barriles. We are the first house to the north of Las Palmas de Cortez Hotel . The Sea of Cortez is just outside your door, with easy access to Kiteboarding, snorkeling, SUPing, fishing, and kayaking. You can easily walk to town, ATV, or take the beach cruisers! Fully equipped and furnished apartment for up to 4 people. It has a room for two people and in the common area room with a sofa bed for two people. Highly recommended for couples with up to 2 children. Special for resting, we have no window in the main room, special for rest since the sun and noises are not filtered.
