Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Los Cabos

Better than advertised! Our family had a phenomenal time at Casa Marlin Azul. It was our 2nd time staying at the casa and I hope we’re able to get back for a 3rd time in the not too distant future. Don (owner) / Diana (host) were incredibly helpful and proactive in their communication making check in a breeze as well as recommending things to do: fishing charter, snorkeling / diving adventure , and restaurants (in La Ribera, Los Barriles, etc). After a fun packed day thepool was a great spot to cool off. Perfect spot for families…there were 7 of us (including 3 kids under the age of 8) and everyone had a blast. Shells & sea glass to collect, kayaking / paddle boarding / swimming, fishing from the shore. Casa Marlin Azul has it all. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and noise of Cabo…La Ribera / East Cape (and specifically Casa Marlin Azul) is the spot to do it. We’d give it 6 stars if we could! Thank you Don & crew for helping us make some family memories that will last forever!!!

We stayed here for a bachelor party with 14 people and had an incredible experience. The host was very responsive and proactive, and check-in was seamless. The home was clean, well-organized, and had strong Wi-Fi. Located in a gated community, we felt very safe throughout our stay, and it was conveniently close to all the restaurants and bars we wanted to visit. A big shoutout to the concierge, Isaac—he helped us plan most of our activities and explained all the costs clearly. He made everything easy. Also, the private chef he recommended was a highlight—we used him for several meals, and every dish was a hit with the entire group. He handled all the setup and cleanup, making it a stress-free experience. Highly recommend this Airbnb and all the services it offers!

Amazing Airbnb! Everything is so cute and clean. Great place for photo opportunities & large dining room table for over 10 people. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. And the house staff was very nice, helpful, and took care of our large group the entire time :) Only thing is that the listing says 5 beds, but one of the beds is a pull out couch in one of the rooms

They have extras like private cook, transportation and local not tourist eats.

Came here for a celebration with my family. Stunning house with amazing views from the pool and hot tub. Check in was very seamless and easy. The entire house was spotless. And host was incredibly responsive - would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Seoniad’s place. The garden was even nicer and bigger than you could see from the pictures. Everything we needed and more was available to use, very well equipped kitchen and pool. Nice living area to relax and watch a movie or play games. Location was also really good, very close to the beach, large supermarket and some restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place. We only had one downside which was the jacuzzi that didn’t warm up, however Seoniad did everything to fix it and compensated us for it, so handled it very well with good communication.

PHENOMENAL PROPERTY!!! This place is everything and more. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming in every way. Beds are comfortable and the house is warm and lovely. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing, it’s truly the best of Cabo. The property is peaceful and stunning with incredible amenities. The on-property pools and services are excellent , and you can enjoy the other resorts easily. Honestly this was one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences we have had. We will be back for sure. This place is a paradise!!!

We stayed here for a week and loved it! The condo can use a little sprucing up but the views make it worth it. The bed was very comfy. Costco is a quick uber down the block. We stocked up on what we needed for the week and made breakfast to eat on the balcony every morning. The amenities are nice! The condo has everything you need for a little beach day at the private beach. 10 minute uber ride to downtown. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Pasamos unos días muy bonitos. Está muy céntrico, a pocas cuadras del puerto pero también muy tranquilo y silencioso para descansar. el depa muy cómodo, sus camas cómodas, buenas toallas y agua caliente, y buen aire acondicionado y dos ventiladores. Mónica dejó detalles como agua potable para beber, papel higienico de sobra.. una sombrilla toallones y una bolsa/hielera para la playa. Lo único es que no funcionó la televisión durante nuestra estadía. Fuera de eso todo perfecto.

Es un alojamiento muy bonito, te hace sentir como en casa, cercano a un centro comercial, playa cerca con vista al Arco, transporte accesible para trasladarte. Simplemente muy recomendable el alojamiento, no lo dudes, tiene muy buena ubicación.

Está bien ubicado. A tres calles te deja ruta del desierto si vienes del aeropuerto. Está a 10 minutos caminando de la marina. Hay restaurantes cerca y Oxxo a un par de calles. El lugar es cómodo y cuenta con lo necesario. Buen lugar sin duda.

Excellent location. Walk to nearby market, restaurants, main road and downtown for shopping, dining, medical. Very spacious and clean, recently built. Super fast internet and large Roku TV. Excellent fresh coffee! I had a personal medical emergency and the host was very helpful.

Thank you so much for allowing myself and my son and his family with my grandbaby to enjoy the stay there at your beautiful place and we plan on going back to your beautiful Cabo San Lucas Mexico 🇲🇽soon and I do hope we get to stay there once again. Stayed a week with my family (5 year old and 3 year old) The apartment is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice, and the view doesn’t compare! The host had a pack and play available, beach chairs/towels and even toys for the kids. Having a 24hr Soriana and Costco right in front was beyond convenient . We would happily book this apartment again, my family and I had the best vacations.

This place is amazing. In love with the balcony overseeing the view of the beach. Love the surroundings and how stores are nearby and accessible. Wish communication was a little more better (in the responding part) but aside from that, this place is a hidden gem. Will book again next time I’m in Cabo. Thank you.

Todo estuvo excelente, la comunicacion de Catalina fue muy buena, el departamento es mas que hermoso, sumamente comodo en todos los sentidos y nos sentimos seguros y contentos en todo momento, el lugar muy limpio y con todas las comodidades y en una excelente ubicacion, regresaremos sin duda.

10/10 experience at this rental. Extremely impressed with the communication from the host and the quality of the entire experience from start to finish. We had booked a hotel close by and had one of the worst experiences at the hotel. I reached out last minute to this Airbnb and was able to check in same day late at night. Truly saved our entire trip and could not be more thankful. Unit is exactly as advertised and located in a perfect area. Would book this over and over again on future trips to Cabo.

Immense logement, très bien fournie et disposant de toute les commodités nécessaires et même plus! (une panoplie d’articles de toilette). La présence de chaise de plage et parasol fut également très apprécié pour les excursions à la plage. L’espace extérieure avec la piscine et la végétation est également magnifique. Ce logement se situe directement sur le bord de la piscine principale ce qui est vraiment pratique pour une famille avec enfants (pas bruyant non plus). Pour ce qui est de l’emplacement, il m’apparaît difficile de trouver l’emplacement parfait dans la région mais sa proximité avec San Jose Del Cabo (magnifique centre-ville) et la plage “playa Palmilla”, qui est sans contredit la plus belle du secteur, m’apparaît optimale. Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement pour un séjour dans la région. Recommandation: Aller souper au Mamma Mia directement accessible par la plage.

Words cannot express the natural beauty of this location. From pitch black night time swims with stars galore, to driving by the ocean in the hosts friends Razor, to simply relaxing in the hammocks by the plunge pool and watching the sunrise, this house has it all. The hosts helped me with anything and everything, including their top notch peoperty manager Karen. We had someone come in to cook authentic mexican food for us, caught 11 fish on our deep sea excursion, and swam alongside Sea lions while snorkeling at the Arch. Rent this place! You will not be dissapointed! We will definately return . I stay international airbnbs often. This ranks in my top 2!

Nous avons passé vraiment un beau séjour. La plage, le quai, tout se faisait assez bien à pied. L'appartement étant au niveau du sol, nous avons grandement profité des tables extérieures pour manger et aussi de la piscine. Si vous allez à Cabo, chez Ale est un choix idéal !

Neil and Andrea were great hosts and went out of their way to make sure our stay is a great one! They were responsive and made sure help you with anything we needed. The condo looked exactly like it was in the pictures- so don't hesitate to book it if its available because the community and amenities you will have access to is top notch! And how about the view from the beautiful patio!

The place is clean and gorgeous! The furnitures and appliances were good quality. I love watching the sunsets every evening. Comfy beds. Beautiful kitchen. I love the open concept. The interior design was tasteful. There's beach access, took me 10 to 15 min walk to reach the beach. I love that the Ubers can actually pick you up door front. There's a convenience store and pharmacy next door too. Close to downtown Cabo San Lucas by riding Uber 5 to 15 min.
