@sihuasurfhouse sits on a private beach 5 mins from Mizata and Nawi Beach House. The beach is 100% sand, U-shaped and 7.5miles long perfect for horseback rides or long walks. Ideal for families looking for a spacious property to relax in privacy. There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

Welcome to our spacious family retreat! With ample parking and a backyard perfect for volleyball, you'll have plenty of room for fun. Take a dip in the private pool, enjoy morning coffee under the pergola, or relax on the hammock with the ocean breeze. Please note a $2 per person fee at the gate. Security is 24/7 Smoking is not allowed. For the comfort of all guests, please note that smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Welcome to your perfect getaway!

Beach house - Summer houses

House in Las Veraneras beach club, with beach club access for 8 people. Soccer field, BKB and tennis 15 meters from the house. A safe, private area with 24-hour surveillance. Includes house cleaning service by trusted staff. Cleaning every 2 days due to Covid protocol, or on the day of arrival and departure for short rentals. It is located in front of the country club, so parking is not a problem. There is an Oasis that uses glass water bottles for consumption.

Relaxation and Sun

Cozy cabin inside the Las Veraneras Condominium, with a small private pool on the premises. The cabin has a large green area with hammocks and a small barbecue. The place is ideal for a family or a group of friends. Please note that I no longer offer access to the large pool beach club or restaurant. Beach access is private, with prior identification. It is two blocks away, and you can take your drinks there. Thank you.
