Guests need to walk through the front yard area to reach the cabin. Neither of the yard areas are illuminated at night. EXTENDED STAYS We welcome guests who wish to book extended stays of up to one year. If you book your stay for the extended period, please be advised that in those cases, the discount rate does not include gas or electric utility bills. In these cases, we will ask guests to sign an additional rental agreement upon arrival and to reimburse the cost of those utility services to us at the end of every month. For insurance and management purposes, we do not offer any type of agreement that puts your stay outside of airbnb. All reservations, even extended ones, must be booked through the platform.
