Short walk to three beaches including a top surf beach, plus a small pool in our garden. We are digital nomads so we have 100mbps fiber optic internet, plus a backup internet, and a battery backup system, so overall really reliable work from home setup. Furniture is all new, couches, mattresses, etc., so super comfy!

We are close to beautiful beaches such as Avellanas, Junquillal and 1 km from Playa Negra (2 min by car), one of the best waves in Costa Rica. Also walking distance to restaurants and minimarkets. There is an extra bathroom with toilet & shower, which offers a certain privacy as well as a private parking space on the property.
