Absolutely wonderful! I cannot describe how beautiful the place was. Concierge was wonderful, extremely attentive and responsive. Group of 7 stayed and had lots of space. The pool was definitely our favorite part. House had everything we needed from spices to extra towels to air fryers. 10/10

Casa Baru is a beautiful home and a perfect location for accessing the beach and many great restaurants. When we walked in the door my kids said, “This looks like a celebrity’s house!”. The outdoor space is beautiful and serene and indoors is spacious and comfortable. Juan was super responsive to any questions we had and he had great local recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend this beautiful home and Juan as a host!

Everything about our family stay with Kib was outstanding! Easy, relaxing, we felt taken care of. The communication was so easy from the very beginning. We 100% recommend his little oasis in the Jacó - thank you so much Kib for having us and our kiddos in your beautiful place.

A beautiful and very comfortable house, we loved the place, the attention and willingness of the host to answer questions and be aware of everything. The bottle of wine was a very special touch. Highly recommended and we hope to return soon.

We had an amazing stay at Sergio’s place! The house was perfect for our family — spacious, comfortable, and with a breathtaking view that honestly felt like a hidden gem. So many people came by the area just to take pictures, and we ended up having our own little photo session with over 100 shots — it was a blast! The minipool/jacuzzi quickly became our favorite hangout spot to cool off after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were roomy and well-equipped with A/C, which made for great nights of sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed (minus an ice cream scoop!), and the large fridge was super convenient for our groceries. Sergio was an exceptional host — responsive, kind, and on top of everything. The wristbands for the beach and club were a great bonus, and we really enjoyed having access to those amenities. Everything was well-coordinated and hassle-free. My family is already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend Sergio’s place!

I have stayed at Cassie’s place multiple times and there is a reason I keep coming back for extended stays. The house is amazing, the location is outstanding and the amenities are incredible. Her kitchen is super well outfitted with anything you could need and they poolside grill is perfect. I really couldn’t recommend this place or this host more highly.

Beautiful place with a great view. Tucked neatly on a sea side cliff with sound of calming waves to wake up to everyday. Great view, Great pool and patio with bbq options, Extra patio with views of the Pacific, Plenty of space and my kids loved the pool. Waves do get rough in the nearby beach so pool is a great alternative. You dont need go to a park to see wildlife when you have it all around you. I saw so many birds I have never seen in my life. Host is very responsive and friendly. Check in is easy. Beach is very clean. Not many cons to list to be honest but a couple things to be aware of - House is deep inside a community/club called Punta Leones and is far from the main road and also gated with security so no food delivery or taxis. - Beach is closeby but you have to walk down and uphill (pretty steep climb) and the club wont let you use their water if you need a shower after beach. Staff there is pretty annoying and chase you arnd to make sure you arent using their water.

La Perla was exactly as described. The furnishings were great quality, clean and comfortable. You can tell the host, Megan takes great pride in the rental she offers we took advantage of Megan's concierge service and her tour company offerings the whole week and she did not disappoint. Megan was always responsive. She was able to offer timely recommendations for restaurants and attractions, even offering to make reservations for our group of nine. The pool and outdoor grill area were awesome for nights we didnt go out to eat. The outdoor area was clean with comfortable furnishings and plenty of pool/beach towels. The property came with 4 bikes/beach cruisers. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need to cook and also had basic staples. Megan also provided various kinds of wine and alcohol we could purchase from her. Super convenient if you just want a drink and a dip in the pool as soon as you arrive.

Wonderful place! I plan on staying here again in the future. My only wish would be the family room had AC too because when there's no wind or it's raining it's very warm inside and the only place to cool off is the bedrooms. Honesty though the upstairs bedroom is so large that you could hang out up there.

Our stay here was amazing! Chris and Hollie were extremely responsive throughout our entire stay and provided great recommendations for local restaurants, activities, etc. We highly recommend a 4x4 if available for the drive and enjoyed the scenic views along the trip up the mountain. The house is perfectly designed with modern features and everything you need to ensure you feel right at home. The back porch was incredible for morning coffee and enjoying the views of the beach and jungle, while listening and seeing the wildlife surrounding us. We were extremely comfortable during our stay and enjoyed opening up the doors at night to let the cool ocean breeze pass through. What makes this place extra special is Chris and Hollie. We enjoyed getting to know more about them, the property, their vision for future projects, and you can see their genuine joy for hosting guests. They were readily available when asking questions and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you for a great trip!

I found it incredible, the beautiful house, super complete in every way ,equipped with everything you need , the super easy access and what I liked most was the service and kindness of Ada , from day 1 of the reservation. A place where I plan to come back in the future.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing time. The rental is beautiful, it was beyond clean and the design made ir very relaxing. It had the most beautiful view of the ocean and mountains and a perfect pool area.

It is a great place close to all the entertainment in Jaco, yet in a private, secure, and quiet (at night) location! Very clean, cozy, and well-constructed home! The pool was clean, but we didn’t utilize it due to being busy with all the local attractions. I will say that there's some construction going on next door, but it doesn’t start until around 8 AM (I think), so if you are someone who wants/needs to sleep in, you may have issues. For us early risers, no problem at all! Great overall stay!

Yojaira's place is exactly as described. Loved the oceanfront vibe and proximity to a grocery store and various places to eat. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others looking for a reliable and clean place to situate yourself in the Jaco Beach area.

This place was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the Main Street area to eat but far enough away for peace and quiet. It was nice eating breakfast on the porch, listening to the waves crash on the beach. Antonio was always quick to respond to any questions and to give his opinion on stuff to do locally. I would stay here again if we ever get back to CR. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

Very nice house located in a gated condominium. The space of the house was very well thought and offers eveything you need for a pleasant stay. A plus is that our 2 pugs were welcome and Marisol and Manuel even had water and cookies waiting for them. This place ia close to Herradura supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. I would recommend this place and definitely looking forward to stay there again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was perfectly tucked away from the crowds, offering peace and privacy, yet still close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and came with great amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely rent again. Highly recommend!

We especially appreciated the small pool—it was perfect for relaxing—and having a washer and dryer made things so convenient during our trip. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. Such an amazing stay all around. The place is absolutely stunning and the most beautiful view to wake up to in the morning. The host are so helpful and absolutely amazing. We went for my fiancés birthday and they helped decorate to surprise him! They also got us groceries before we arrived since we got in late. The location is an easy drive to everything around. The house is exactly as described, beautiful, clean, private, and fully equipped. They even had a book with recommendations for everything you could imagine. 1000/10 stay. 100% recommend!!! Also the AC works amazing :)
