Bienvenue à La Chamarre, maison en pierre du XVIᵉ siècle, restaurée avec soin et labellisée Fondation du patrimoine. Située au cœur du bourg de Montfort, face au château, elle faisait partie des anciens corps de ferme. Au cœur du triangle d’or du Périgord noir, à proximité de la Dordogne et de sa plage de baignade, de belles randonnées, du spa de Rochebois et de Sarlat à 10 min. Charme de l’ancien, confort moderne, jardin et douche extérieure en pierre pour un séjour élégant et ressourçant.

Le Gardien

Chateau de Grimard was built at the end of the 13th century and is immediately next to the River Lot. It is set amongst vineyards and sunflower fields, with 8 hectares of land all of which can be used by guests. The Chateau has 3 gites, all of which have sufficient privacy. Guests can swim in the river, kayak, and there is also a large shared salt walter swimming pool. The historic town of Puy L’Eveque is five minutes drive away. Bookings are accepted from a Saturday to a Saturday only.

You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

You can stay home and relax in the Gite's pretty garden, inviting pool with its river views or explore this beautiful region 'Les Causses du Quercy'.

Relax in a deck chair on a private beach by the river. There is a 1 or 2 person modern unsinkable sit on top kayak with which you can paddle down the beautiful river.
