Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Louisa County

Derek & Nathan are super hosts! Both hosts are extremely communicative, accommodating, proactive, flexible, professional, and understanding. Our group of 8 was worried of the possibility the snowy weather would affect our travel dates but our hosts took the time out to shovel clearing the exterior prior to our arrival and even providing us with snow materials such as shovels, salt, etc. just in case we needed it. The images didn’t do the interior enough justice either! The home was beautiful, peaceful, quiet, cozy and extremely spacious. For shopping I would recommend doing it early since there is only Food Lion & Dollar General as grocery options but there is an ABC store close by as well if you are into spirits. We will 100% return if our group ever prepares to stay in Mineral again. Thank you both once again.

From the moment we pulled up, it felt like a slice of heaven waiting to be explored. • Breathtaking Setting: The lakefront views are absolutely stunning—especially at sunrise with coffee on the dock. The water was clear, calm, and just right for swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking. • Beautifully Appointed Home: The interior is bright, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The open-concept living area allowed everyone to hang out together, while the cozy bedrooms provided peaceful retreats after a full day outdoors. • Chef’s Kitchen & Dining: We loved the fully equipped kitchen—great for preparing family meals. The dining table offered views of Lake Anna, making every breakfast feel like a special occasion.

We had an amazing weekend at Soma Stays! The hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were relaxing and perfect for the weekend. We also enjoyed the table tennis and pool table. It rained the majority of the weekend, but we had plenty to do and keep us entertained at Soma Stays! The “Speak Easy” vibe in the lower level was amazing and the decor of the entire home was comfortable, unique and exquisite! Highly recommend!

We just finished a one week stay in June and had a wonderful time. We were 5 adults and 2 small children. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is very safe and gorgeous. We loved heading down to the beach area, kayaking, paddle boarding, and our kids swam. We took a lot of walks and bike rides in the neighborhood. We had a blast! I highly recommend this house!

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Had plenty of space, downstairs area was great, and used the hot tub a lot. William was helpful and very responsive.

I had my bachelorette weekend here with 10 girls and had the best time. The house is way larger than it looks- so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The screened in porch was such a nice place to eat meals and not worry about the bugs. We enjoyed the grill and the hot tub (which was clean) as well! The water was warm and we could go stick our toes in at the small beach at the end of the yard. We toasted smores at the firepit. The beds were all extremely comfortable and we all slept great. However one of the best parts was booking a boat ride with the hosts- they took us around the lake and we stopped at a place for lunch and it was just the best day. I highly recommend this place for a group trip getaway, we were very impressed :)

Delightful experience!

This home was a dream come true for our getaway! It is in a very ideal location and not too close to your neighbors. We loved the house amenities - the pool table and hot tub were used most by our family. The king beds were the most comfortable mattresses we'd ever slept on and the pillows were great too! The kitchen was a great size for hosting all 10 of us and the living room furniture was comfortable. We loved getting in the lake and it felt fairly clean. We especially loved the water being warm and see through. Having the kayak and paddleboards made it extra special. Be aware that there can be a lot of boat traffic on busy weekends (to be expected) and it will result in quite a few large waves in your swimming area. My toddler loved playing in the sand and looking at the fish from the boathouse dock. We'd rent from Daniel anytime we are in Lake Anna. He was always helpful and responsive 24/7. We appreciated having a caring host and he made our stay extra special.

Great cabin and lots to do on the resort. Me and the family will definitely be back.

Mark was amazing from the start. He communicated with me and kept me updated about our reservation. The cabin itself was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Thank you to Mark for a wonderful vacation.

We had such a wonderful getaway! We thoroughly enjoyed the kayak and pedal boat. The house is beautifully located with so many opportunities for amazing lane views.

Th place is part of a resort so we can use quite a few amenities. Some of the stuff are free (pool and mini golf) while others require a small fee ( rent omg a boat or horseback riding). Overall the place is clean. This is also our first time in a yurit and we really enjoy the experience. Do note that this is an enhanced version or a tent. When it rains. You do hear every drop of it. We did wake up a few times in the middle of the night for that. Overall a great experience though. Definitely will want to come back again.

Cozy, comfortable cabin in a beautiful location — and convenient to lots of things to do. Friendly and responsive host with clear instructions. Great base for events like a UVA football weekend (what I was doing this weekend — though the setting amongst the changing leaves was an added bonus). I will use this cabin again.
