Two miles from the interstate, The Barn is on three acres of peaceful private property. As you pull on to our road The Barn is to the left of our home. Parking signs are clearly marked. The Barn - Downstairs is a 600 square foot efficiency apartment with a comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette, a den area with a queen size sofa sleeper, a bathroom with a shower and a 55” TV that swivels. Amenities include a patio, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, a pond for fishing, and a nature trail.

This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. The private bedroom's amenities include modern appliances and antiques that complement the look of the home.

There is an outdoor patio with table and chairs, as well as off street parking with a locking gate. A no parking sign is respected by our neighbors.

Circa 1834 brick row house with a ground floor suite with newly renovated full bathroom, small kitchen. It has a private street entrance and courtyard access. We are two blocks from the Convention Center. Please note we are not on a quiet corner in the Crescent city, during working weekdays it’s busy. Nights and weekends however are restful and relaxing. If any city noise is an issue for you though we suggest staying somewhere else.
