Quiet and ideally located studio in Annecy Seynod, 5 min drive from Annecy city center, 15 min by bus from the train station, 30 min walk from the city center, 30 min drive from the ski resort. Close to the mountains, the lake, you can enjoy the outdoor areas of the house as a couple, or solo. Several parking spaces on site. The kitchen is equipped and the accommodation is air-conditioned if needed.
