We also own the duplex next door where we can host another 14 guests to host a total of 28 guests for large groups. We have washers and dryers per unit. We provide beach gear, board games, corn hole, & a putting green for family fun. The fenced courtyard is a shared space & with your own space in the back of the unit.

Guest bedroom has a one twin size bed and a bunkbed. Kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal.
