Would most definitely stay here again. Extremely clean, instructions were extremely detailed, owners take pride in the place they provide for out of town travelers. Outside of the occasional footsteps, this place did not feel like a basement. Huge bonus to have every light with a dimmer. Owners went above and beyond during a recent snowstorm, taking the preventative measures and even making sure the walkways were clear of snow. Easy to find. Excellent location. One of, if not, my favorite stays.

Great place in an up-and-coming neighborhood with Santa Fe and the Art District within a 5 mins walk. Some great restaurants (Sushi was excellent) Lisa’s place was comfortable and has a great workspace, ideal for access to downtown Denver and for some late night meetings. Ample street parking too with the supplied pass. Definitely a great stay.

Super clean and neat. Perfect location for peace and quiet, but also walkable to many social activities.

As they say, location, location, location. I love the Lo-Hi district and all the cute restaurants and shops plus the gorgeous Victorian homes mixed with new modern homes. It is an ideal neighborhood. This home is ideal. Walked across the street to some amazing dim sum, down the block for delicious Mexican and into a speakeasy for wonderful cocktails. Never ate outside the neighborhood. Rented Lime bikes for a few hours and rode all over the area. The home is so charming and decorated beautifully. Lots of great touches. I would say the stairs leading up to the unit are quite steep and would have been difficult for my mom to manage, so something to consider for folks with mobility considerations. Otherwise, highly recommend.

The Airbnb was exactly as pictured and described! Cute little spot on Sloan’s Lake this is within walking to distance to restaurants, bars, and Target!

Brian was an amazing host, I would stay here again! Very responsive, communicative, and flexibility with the stay. Instructions were very clear and he also sent some recommendations. We were missing toilet paper, but he got us a pack ASAP. 4/5 stay, a bit noisy upstairs but it was a townhome so not something I shouldn’t expect.

Lenus was a fantastic host. Proactive and responsive communications. Basement AirBNB was exactly like the photos and description. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom was really dark and cozy at night! The massage chair was fantastic after a day of sightseeing and walking. With a rental car centrally located to downtown Denver. Would stay at Lenus's place again!!

Great location. Brewery and a coffee shop directly across the street. 10-15 minute walk to tons of shops, breweries, and restaurants. 25 minute walk to Union Station and downtown. The place felt safe and secure and I even had a little sliver of a view of downtown, which was cool. The only negative was the Nest system controlling the heat. When I arrived, there was a schedule that had been set to turn the heat to 76 degrees at 4am. I woke up sweating and had to manually remove a week's worth of heating schedules that had been set up. From there, the temperature never seemed to match what the Nest was saying, and it felt like it sort of had a mind of it's own. Oh, and parking can be a bit rough and you may have to walk a block or two. But not too bad. I didn't reach out to the host. so that's on me. In the end, I would just open the sliding door to cool it down. Certainly not a reason not to stay here. Just something to know going in. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here because we got married at the restaurant right below the apartment. It was PERFECT. Having a parking space in downtown Denver was so convenient, the apartment was easy to go in and out of because it was keyless and we just needed to know the combo, and it was such a cute, clean, nice space. 10/10 would recommend this stay.

We stayed here after a few days of camping and hiking in the mountains, this cozy apartment was the perfect place for relaxing and recuperating. I worked remote from the apartment, the high speed internet worked great and the provided monitor allowed me to have a workspace similar to home. It was easy to take the train downtown and explore. The apartment is also close to Sloan Lake area for dinner and drinks.

Loved our stay at the treehouse! This was hands down my favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Debbie provided us with a pint of ice cream and coffee creamer for the mornings, which was greatly appreciated. We loved how close we were downtown and hope to be back sometime in the future.

I had the best time here! The space is even bigger than it looks in pictures thanks to the tall ceilings. Everything was spotless when we checked-in and there’s so much within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this lovely spot in downtown Denver. Thoughtfully decorated and lots of houseplants were a nice touch. The building has a great pool & hot tub which we enjoyed. Conveniently located next to a Whole Foods which was really convenient. The day bed in the living room was great for lounging and watching movies in the evening. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Denver.

I stayed at Alex’s place for a few nights while in Denver for the Coldplay concert at Empower Field and it was perfect. The location is unbeatable, just a quick walk to the stadium, which made it super easy to avoid all the traffic and parking headaches. The place looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Alex was also very responsive, which made everything even smoother. I’d definitely stay here again, especially for any future events at Empower Field.

Great unit with well appointed facilities in the complex. Easy access to the convention centre using free Mall Ride bus. Seamless check in with clear instructions.

Great place Perfect for 2 people exploring the city. LOTS of great amenities including pool and hot tub, gym and work spaces. Walking distance from downtown attractions Across from union station (can take train to and from airport for $10)

We had a great time staying at Kyle's Airbnb! Kyle was incredibly communicative and welcoming. The space was great size and clean. Would recommend Kyle's place to anyone!

We came in for a family wedding. Crystal's place was great! Great decor and a great outdoor patio! She made check in and check out easy, with clear instructions. I highly recommend staying at her place for any trip to Denver!

Had a great stay. Building is incredible with great amenities and helpful concierge on the ground floor. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Tips: best coffee (better than what the building provides) just inside Union Station at Pigtail Coffee, and parking requires some coordination with the front desk people but is actually pretty seamless. Whole Foods downstairs super convenient. Had a great time and looking forward to returning!

Would recommend staying at this Air Bnb. Branden was great, super responsive. It’s in a great part of denver, really close to everything you need. Bed and couch were super comfortable. It’s a cute little apt, and has an awesome amenities. Definitely recommend.

Kylen’s place was amazing! The most beautiful view and tons of amenities. Conveniently located near all kinds of food/entertainment/etc. Would definitely stay again!!

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!
