Waterfront holiday rentals in Lower North Shore

Great place to stay, easy walk to many attractions in the city. Kevin was great and responded to any questions promptly. The apartment was as described and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

The place was as described and a beautiful area! Tho host was responsive with easy to find keys and great parking! Just be careful if you have a low and/or wide vehicle as car park access can be tricky. The place was clean and well kept with some slight mould on the roof in the bedroom and bathroom. Easy close access to the ferry wharf to get to circular quay. We would stay again.

An amazing spacious central apartment with epic views, totally waterfront, literally a two minute walk to ferry and only two stops to Circular Quay, very quick to respond to queries and totally appreciated being allowed a late checkout. Views were so great it was hard to venture too far from home - loved the lights of Luna Park at night, own jetty out front, watching ferries, boats, yachts and canoe tours from lounge/bedroom windows and Harbour Bridge from side windows. Felt very spoilt and front reception were very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend - VIVID would be great to watch from there!! Thank you to all involved in making the stay awesome! Great hosts. Lovely apartment in a wonderful location, directly across from beach and easy access to public transport and conveniences. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay or even a bit longer.

We had a great stay at Tina's cozy home. It was very clean and in a very convenient neighbourhood, very easy to walk to Circular Quay/Opera House. Lots of cute cafes and restaurants in the area. View of the ocean from the room. Lots of thoughtful inclusions, had everything we needed for our stay. More affordable option in Sydney.

Dragana's place was such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Harbour views, which were nothing short of stunning! It was clean and had everything we needed including many little extra things that were thoughtful and very much appreciated. It had very homey feeling. Dragana was easily contactable and very friendly. I definitely hope to be able to stay again sometime and would highly recommend Dragana's place.

Danny's house exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable—right on Coogee Beach, where we enjoyed morning strolls and breathtaking sunrises. With cafes, shops, and local attractions all within easy reach, it was the perfect spot for exploring and unwinding. Danny was an exceptional host, going out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. He was incredibly accommodating, always quick to respond and genuinely committed to making our experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for the ultimate beachside getaway, this is the place! We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed staying at the house - view of the bridge is spectacular. We went to two shows at the Opera House and hit the Galleries ... we were able to walk everywhere which was great. Suzanna was great giving us lot's of local recommendations from the pub across the road to high end options. She was very communicative and I couldn't have wished for more from a host.

Loved my week at Amanda’s. The welcome “weekly shop” (fresh basics + juice) was a lovely touch after a long journey. Quiet street, yet a quick walk to Manly Beach, cafés, and the ferry—perfect spot. Home was spotless, comfy beds, sharp kitchen, bright living space. Amanda’s fast replies and local tips sealed the deal. Five stars.

I enjoyed dealing with Kate who deserves her reputation as a super host. She was unlike some other hosts I have dealt with very flexible with check in and check out times. I really hope that I have the opportunity to stay in this lovely property again and wish her all the best

Incredible spot. We watched the dolphins leaping from the waves and couldn't have asked for more. We'll be back in whale season! Great setup. Highly recommended. Richard and Beck were great hosts. Really responsive and helpful. Avalon town is a great spot too. Lots of good places to eat and get coffee. minor notes: the path down to the rockpools is a little more advanced than anticipated. We turned back with our three year old. if you're napping kids in the middle of the day the blinds don't block much light coming in.

BOOK THE STAY! Words can’t describe how much we enjoyed our weekend here. The hosts are responsive and helpful, the short boat transfer from the marina is seamless ( thanks Collin), and the views from the house are unbeatable. The wifi is fast, the smart TV’a were great , the house is well stocked, and you have everything you need to relax. We had an absolutely magical time and though we live out of the country we will make every effort to come back!

This was a magnificent place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The views are spectacular, and the place very private. The house was spotless and very clean. I wanted to bring in some flowers and balloons prior to arrival and the host was incredibly accommodating with regards to allowing those services in at the check in time. Would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. It was great location(you can go anywhere easily from the airbnb) and host sunny was so nice! Helped use to early check in, Always caring us when we need help or somethint. Room is so cozy and beautiful for sure, everything was clean. Our family enjoyed stay here, beautiful mermories we made! I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

My wife and I stayed a week, and really enjoyed the stay. The house works well for a couple. We especially enjoyed the open living room, kitchen and dining room. The deck was wonderful too. The area was quiet at night as well. The view is fabulous and is the house's best feature. Even on a rainy day it's still lovely to stay inside, drink some coffee and read (as well as take in that view). We enjoyed walks around the Potts Point neighborhood, and it's a nice walk to the Wooloomooloo Wharf, RBG, the Art Gallery, and the Opera House/Circular Quay. There are a couple of fans, but during the mid-summer months heat might be an issue. During our stay the temperatures were moderate, and just opening the windows to catch the breeze made the house comfortable. The host was first-rate: attentive, friendly, and responsive. Thanks.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.
