With very good connections to the harbor + city center (about 20 minutes by S-Bahn), it is located in a very quiet residential area in the countryside. There is a coffee maker, kettle, dishes and a fridge (filled with the most important things for a small breakfast on the first morning) available.

High-speed network with 500 Mbit, Amazon Prime, YouTube Premium, cable TV, cooking facilities, washer-dryer (free washing and drying), very pleasant comfort shower, south balcony with lots of greenery. Even parking is easy to find. Otherwise 3 minutes' walk to railway line 9 (15 min to Kröpke). Nice restaurants nearby or in the famous Linden district (5 minutes by train). Nice surroundings with a small forest also for jogging and walking.

In a quiet residential street, a beautiful spacious studio on 2 levels with small kitchenette, bathroom with shower, WiFi, desk/LAN, sitting area; 2 single beds (possibly another sofa bed in the living/dining room.) We provide breakfast, you take care of the preparation. No TV in the studio. In two minutes walking to the bus stop and from there directly to the city center (about 14 minutes). It's faster by bike, which we will gladly lend you. On foot in about 25 minutes.

Mitten in der Stadt im Sandtor Hafen liegt der historische Hafenkran "GREIF" und bietet 2 Gästen die Möglichkeit ein Paar romantische Tage im Hafen zu verbringen. Es ist für alles gesorgt. Studenten der Fernuni, Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.
