Das Haus wurde 1934 erbaut und 2025 vollständig saniert – der besondere Charme der alten Holzbalken zieht sich jedoch weiterhin durch jeden Raum und erinnert an die Geschichte dieses einzigartigen Hauses. Du kannst hier mit dem Kanu eine Tour unternehmen, die Ruhe am Wasser genießen und bei Netflix & Disney+ abschalten.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Just 100 meters from the beautiful Diemelsee is our great vacation home in a beautiful secluded location. The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

Mit 3 gemütlichen Schlafbereichen, einem hellen Wohnzimmer und einer offenen Küche bietet das Haus viel Raum für 4–6 Personen. Sauna und Eckbadewanne sorgen für erholsame Wohlfühlmomente. The small town of Bierde is located in the Aller-Leine Valley, on the southern edge of the Lüneburg Heath – surrounded by extensive marshlands, forests and meadows. From here you can quickly reach many great amusement parks, start cycling tours or paddle tours on the Aller or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility and birdlife in the "Haus am Holder." The vacation home "Haus am Holder" is lovingly renovated and can accommodate 4 people.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.
