From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. An easy 10 mins drive from Queenstown Airport and Frankton / Five Mile shopping areas where you will find multiple supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. The Remarkables and Coronet Peak Ski Fields are also both close by. Being so close to the Shotover River and The Queenstown Bike Trail, you can also bike to the Gibbston Valley wineries, Queenstown, or Arrowtown easily.

The main bedroom has a king bed & another single bed. There is no kitchen or cooking facilities, but a microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster is provided. The property is located a short 8 minute drive to Frankton and Queenstown Central's shopping area. From there it is a further 10-12 minute drive to Queenstown's town centre.

Henrietta's Hut is a delightfully whimsical, traditional styled Shepherds Hut, named after a previous owner of our Heritage Property where the wagon now resides. Henrietta, once lived at this very address and grew lavender and flowers in the garden to make soaps and lotions. Conveniently located between Queenstown & Arrowtown, this is the perfect base to retreat back too after exploring everything the adventure capital of the world has on offer.

The Barn - Private Studio Unit

Our property is situated in the beautiful Speargrass Flat Area in a private secluded setting with views of Coronet Peak and the Remarkable Ski Fields. We are a five minute drive from Arrowtown and a 15 minute drive from the Queenstown Airport or the Town Centre. We are also only minutes away from joining the Queenstown walking and cycle trails. Behind our hedges you will find a lovely sunny area with ample off street parking.

Garden Studio

A self contained studio with queen sized bed, living area, kitchen & ensuite. A new build, this is a warm and cosy space in a private garden setting with spectacular mountain views and easy access to walks and trails in the Lower Shotover area. We are located 5 minutes from bus stop and a leisurely 10 min stroll to shops (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc). Hosts live on site and are happy to share their local knowledge.

Fully Contained Studio (sleeps 3) & Spa Pool

This unit has been set up for your comfort & leisure! You will find everything you need in this private space (with washing machine)! Enjoy use of the Spa Pool located near your unit, & your own access to your stand alone accommodation. Ideal for that much needed get away, or a place to relax after a busy day of activities. Take a bus, taxi/uber into town, or easily drive to the CBD just 20 minutes away.

You have your own private room which has its own access that is detached from our family home.
