Welcome to the Dream House, where you can leave the world behind. The cottage is located in the Barycz Valley, on the outskirts of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the stables. It invites you inside, where the windows overlook the paddocks and the forest. It helps you find peace, breathe and dream by the fireplace with a good book or on a deck chair among the rustling birches. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. In addition, hammocks, sun loungers, garden furniture, a fireplace and a barbecue.

Our Stable

Our Stable is part of a former German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a 70 m terrace plus a half-timbered house, the equipment of the old village has been preserved. You can use the private library in the part of the house where the hosts live. The meadow is a natural habitat for wild animals. The terrace (dining and relaxation area) is also used for observing nature. Next to the house, there is an old orchard (hammocks), sunny and shaded places for those seeking peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.

POPIELATO to całoroczny, mały dom (35 m2), dla 2 - 4 osób, położony na skraju wsi Grudza - 15 minut od Świeradowa Zdrój, 30 minut od Szklarskiej Poręby. Rozciąga się stąd niesamowita panorama na Sudety. W domu znajdują się dwie oddzielne sypialnie (w tym 1 na antresoli), kuchnia, łazienka i salon. Mamy kominek oraz balię z hydromasażem (opalaną drewnem), do której można wejść bezpośrednio z dużego tarasu. Domek znajduje się na ogrodzonej działce (1.000 m2) która jest idealna dla czworonogów.

The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a hot tub and sauna. A place to stay and relax for the family. We have apartments with a view of the garden with a fish pond, sauna, hot tub, a place for a bonfire and a playground for children. In the area, there are hiking trails to the Ślęża mountain with the possibility of playing at the rope park. There are many bike trails in the area. The apartments are located on the first floor with a separate entrance. The ground floor is occupied by the host.
