Holiday rentals with beach access in Valdés

Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

Buenas comunicación con Luisa y la casa estaba bien comunicada, limpia y bien acondicionada. Todo perfecto, si vuelvo por Avilés repetiré seguro.

El apartamento de David nos pareció muy agradable, limpio, tranquilo y excelentemente equipado. Todo muy cómodo. No nos faltó de nada. David se mostró muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Leider konnten wir fast nie an der Strasse parkieren da alle Parkplätze immer besetzt waren. Wir mussten ca. 7min (Fussweg) parkieren. Ansonsten war alles wirklich perfekt!

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! This is a lovely modern apartment with spectacular views from every window. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The apartment is very central with easy walking to many attractions including the beautiful beach. The hosts met us at the car park and helped us to the apartment with our luggage. They were very kind and helpful. A great stay!

Apartamento precioso bien ubicado zona tranquila. muy muy cerca de preciosas playas. La casa no le falta de nada. Hasta había café, aceite y útiles de limpieza ... absolutamente todo lo necesario. José Luis muy amable nos recomendó sitios y nos enseñó todo con detalle. El spa un plus que nos encantó. Sala de juegos, pista de tenis hasta con raquetas y pelotas en el apartamento. Para repetir. Gracias por todo.

Een perfect appartement. Wij hadden het “grote” appartement boven gehuurd voor 5 dagen, maar bij nader inzien wilden wij graag op de begane grond verblijven. Na contact met Lucia konden wij heel snel ruilen. Erg fijn. Het bed is prima, de badkamer is geweldig. En de keuken is goed uitgerust. Het is zeer rustig gelegen, maar toch dichtbij veel wandelmogelijkheden en As Catedrais en het strand. Wij hebben ervan genoten en komen zeker terug bij een volgend bezoek aan Spanje.

Wow - simply incredible. The pictures are accurate but still don’t relay the incredible position of the house. We stayed a week at the house and had both sunny and rainy weather. The house is perfect for both. What is only clear in hindsight is that the property is enormous and on its own cape. And it effectively has its own spectacular beach. It’s like having a lake house, ocean house and mountain house all in one. The house itself is in great condition and some of the built in closets, etc, are somewhat retro. After staying in 200+ Airbnbs, it’s great to stay somewhere with character and not just another IKEA furnished flat. Communication was perfect and everything we needed was readily available. The price was more than fair - this is a top 1% home.

Bel appartement très bien situé pour visiter la ville de Gijon à pied. Belle vue sur la baie avec le premier soir un superbe coucher de soleil. Parking payant à proximité très apprécié et compris dans la location. Hôte à disposition pour tout renseignement.

Dieser Ort ist magisch, wie aus einer anderen Zeit, absoluter Ruhe Ort und der perfekte Platz um Ruhe zu finden und einfach die traumhafte Umgebung zu genießen. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich von meinen Gastgebern mit einer Apfelwein Verkostung überrascht, ganz nach der Tradition Asturiens, den Rest der Flasche habe ich abends in dieser absoluten Stille getrunken, unbeschreiblich schön. Frische Blumen auf dem Tisch, wie liebevoll und aufmerksam. Das Haus hat eine ganz besondere Energie. Danke für die Zeit bei euch, ich werde sicher wieder kommen.

Estuvimos muy agusto en la casa. Es una casa perfecta para desconectar y para ver los pueblos de alrededor porque son muy bonitos. La casa tiene todo tipo de detalles tanto para nosotros como para los perros. El jardín es una maravilla para salir a desayunar y que jueguen los perros, la nuestra se lo pasó genial. Es de las casas que mas limpias que nos hemos encontrado. Sin duda muy recomendable. Volveremos seguro.

Well, what can we say!! Ana Maria and Antonio are the most amazing hosts. So generous, kind and funny. The place was immaculately presented, spotlessly clean and had spectacular views of the sea, mountains (and the horses in the garden!). Communication was excellent and we had so much fun communicating via google translate. We were truly sad to leave, but we know we will be back. Gracias

Wir haben 3 Nächte mit zwei kleinen Kindern und Hund in dem schönen Haus von Anais verbracht. Es liegt perfekt gelegen, um die schönen Strände der Küste zu erkunden. Der Bauernhof gegenüber hat uns sogar beim Kühe melken zuschauen lassen und uns frische Milch geschenkt. Die Betten waren gemütlich und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Restaurants und Supermärkte nicht weit entfernt. Einzig die Melkmaschine, die zweimal am Tag ein lautes Brummen verursacht hat, hat manchmal die Idylle etwas gestört. Sonst war alles prima! Danke und alles Gute

Apartamento impecable con todos los servicios. Buenos materiales en baño y cocina y buen gusto en la decoración. Cama cómoda y excelente limpieza en el todo el apartamento. Exterior con jardín muy cuidado y zona de inmensa tranquilidad. Lo recomiendo 💯

No podemos estás más contentos después del tiempo pasado en el piso de Alicia . Ha sido encantadora , siempre atenta . El piso es un paraíso , con unos alrededores de ensueño . Una playa súper cerca y muy bonita , un jardín súper cómodo , el piso en sí con todo lo que necesitábamos y más , y súper limpio ! Es un 10 de 10 , no se puede pedir más . La llegada ha sido súper buena , hemos tenido súper buena acogida nada más llegar con recomendaciones etc y al irnos lo mismo , súper buen trato . La locación es simplemente perfecta , exactamente lo que necesitábamos. Muchísima paz , mucha naturaleza, y estamos seguros que volveremos . Nos hemos enamorado con el sitio, y os animamos a reservar vuestra estancia con Alicia porque vais a estar encantados al 100 % Mil gracias por todo !!! ❤️ Una persona súper pro y encantadora. Nos sentimos como en casa . 🏠

Alojamiento tal y como se muestra en las fotos, equipado con todo lo necesario. Muy cómodo, céntrico, limpio y con una ubicación buenísima, cerca de restaurantes, farmacia y la playa a 5 minutos en coche. Consta de parking privado y piscina, aunque por la zona se puede aparcar bien sin problema. Se preocuparon en dejarnos desayuno y todos los básicos necesarios. Desde el minuto uno nos hemos sentido como en casa, ha sido un verdadero placer conocer a Marta y Cipri, de verdad que no hemos podido estar mejor, son personas encantadoras. Además, al tener disponibilidad nos dejaron salir más tarde, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Nosotros por nuestra parte repetiremos 100%. Muchísimas gracias a los dos por todo, un abrazo enorme y espero que nos volvamos a ver pronto.
