We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Zwierzyniec, the plot is located in the forest buffer zone, it provides comfort of rest (and work). There are numerous amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, bicycles, hammocks, deckchairs, barbecue gazebo, covered terrace, fireplace. You can also use the Finnish sauna in our house. The Green Velo bicycle trail runs next to the house. In the immediate vicinity, you have the opportunity to get to know the beauty of Roztocze. It sits high above a pond that is host to kingfishers, frogs and beavers. In the vicinity are the ruins of the stables and manor house as well as a public park with ancient monument to St Anthony. There is fishing available on nearby ponds. The area is rich in bird and insect life. This is a wild secluded oasis for those tired of the city noise.

The gazebo is located on a private, spacious plot. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 5 rooms (sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds, 6 single beds and 2 single beds with extra bed. Additional fees apply for the sauna and hot tub (jacuzzi).

Sosnowy Strumyk

Leśny strumyk is an oasis of peace in the middle of the forest, located less than an hour from Warsaw. You have the entire cottage at your disposal on a charming plot with its own stream, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. In September 2025, the cottage was partially renovated and refreshed. A garden hot tub with hydromassage is available for guests to use free of charge throughout their stay.
