Feel free to join the cottage, where instead of the TV, your attention is attracted by panoramic windows overlooking the forest from a comfortable bed. You'll be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat on the patio, waking up a bird trele in the morning, and breathtaking sky. We built our cottages on the edge of the more than 430-year-old village of Aunt Nowa, where the Sopot River (hence the name of the cottage). A private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. A neighborhood perfect for hiking and biking.

The holiday cottage in Roztocze (Solska Forest) is the perfect place to cut yourself off from the outside world and relax with the whole family. In addition to the cottage itself, there is also an ApiDomek, where you can use Apitherapy in the form of air inhalation straight from the hive. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). Want to kick back, relax in peace and quiet by the fireplace or campfire? Good choice! The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful, clean forest with numerous paths for long walks. In high season, you can enjoy mushroom defense and a charming view in the winter. In the summer, you will use local kayaking services or relax on the Lagoon located 10-15min walk from the cottage. The cottage has a wooden garden ball for convenience, where you can relax after long forest walks. We look forward to your visit :)

Welcome to our fishing farm where we have been running a family fish restaurant Pstrągowo for over 25 years. Let us invite you to our fish country where you can rest surrounded by ponds and meadows. Our property is superbly located just 4km from the center of Chełm. There is a bathing area by the Žółtańce lagoon and a local brewery. For children, we have a large playground with a trolley and mini golf. We encourage anglers to our carp fishery. See you there :)

Przystanek Czasu is a dome house, perfect for up to 4 people. The area is fenced, you can safely let the animals out, outside there are also: a sunny terrace, a place for a barbecue, or a shaded grove full of trees. The house is air-conditioned, richly equipped, with attention to every detail. We invite you to our doorstep to see how you sleep under the dome. The cottage is located in a quiet village, but Szczebrzeszyn, Zwierzyniec and Nielisz are also close.

Cottage Na Polana is small and can accommodate up to 8 people. The cottage consists of a (ground floor) living room with a sleeping couch, a dining room with a fold-out table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The mezzanine has a large, shared bedroom for 6 people. The cottage is year-round, with central heating. The price includes always fresh linens and 2 towels per person. A hot tub and firewood are paid separately.

Sosnowy Strumyk

The forest stream is an oasis of peace in the middle of the forest, located less than an hour's drive from Warsaw. You have at your disposal the entire cottage on a charming plot with its own stream, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. In September 2025, the cottage was partially renovated and refreshed. A garden hot tub with hydro-massage is available for guests to use free of charge throughout their stay.
