Full kitchen with new appliances, comfortable living room with cozy gas fireplace and private balcony overlooking the stunning Strathcona mountains. Two queen bedrooms each with full ensuite. In-suite washer/dryer, shared hot tub in main lobby, secure gear lockers and an underground parking space.

Please note that the suite is in the lower part of our house and is only accessible by a steep set of stairs. We ask that you restrict your noise between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
