Approximately 150 meters to the sea. The townhouse has a pool, completely secluded location. Outside the house, there is a large green area with a play structure, swings and a trampoline. Går även att ordna tillfällig uppblåsbar madrass, barnsäng alt bädda i soffan som är stor (se foto). Närhet till restauranger, mataffärer, Slottskogen etc. Spårvagnshållplats ca 100 m från huset.
