Holiday rentals with a patio in Lusaka

Had a good stay. The apartment was clean, centrally located, and the surroundings had a peaceful, Zen vibe. The hosts were very helpful and attentive to detail. We accidentally left something behind and they made sure we got it back safely. Really appreciated that level of care.

Everything was great! Brenda was very attentive and responded in a timely manner. I spent 23 days in Kingsland and the staff made me feel like family. The place was very secure. A special thanks to Brenda, the women that serviced the apartment & especially Mr. Shedrack the grounds keeper.

I had a great stay and the host was lovely! They were very communicable and helpful when we started running into issues with certain things around the unit which were out of anyone’s control. However, with the issue of loadshedding, we did not get hot water from the pipes, the generator only powered one out of the three rooms, and the washing machine was inoperable. It was very convenient, however, to have the gas stove available for cooking and heating up water.

Akshay was probably one of the best hosts I’ve stayed with, super friendly, extremely helpful, and responds to all our requests/need. Now for the apartment, super modern, extremely clean, quiet street in the perfect location. Everything you need is in the area, from food to shopping malls to coffee shops. Would definitely recommend!

Location was key. Host sent help to clean the house daily and responded to inquiries swiftly. From responses, you can tell Reuben is kind hearted and pleasant individual.

My family of Five enjoyed our stay at Felindo apartments for 2 weeks while visiting Zambia from the USA. We were out of town for a few nights and found our belongings safe. the house is very clean and offer daily cleaning services if you want them. The neighborhood is very safe and looks like well to do kind of area. Felindo apartments has an inverter to provide power in case electricity goes out, there is a gas stove to utilize as well when there is no power. They have an automated gate and we were given a gate remote which made it easy to get in and out of the property.

The Host is great! He and his wife were pleasant to my mom. The space was comfortable and clean too. My mom was very happy with this trip. We will definitely visit again when in Zambia.

Great location. Everything is a short drive away especially East Park Mall, Manda Hill Mall and a variety of restaurants. There is a communal kitchen. However, due to the power outages, this probably your best option for Airbnb. There are solar panels so you don't feel the power outages as much. I will add the staff present are helpful and if there's anything they can't sort out, Kevin does.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood, close to major malls. All was as per pictures online, including cleanliness. Highly supportive, respectful and responsive hosts made the stay with my family a memorable one. Flexibility given at check-in and check-out greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place to all.

Gina was a wonderful host, always answering messages promptly and making sure we had everything we needed. The house is very comfortable, and the location is nice with a pleasant 25min walk through the university campus to shops and restaurants at East Park Mall. I would stay again!

Emily's house was the perfect base for us in the south of Lusaka. Beautiful garden area, extremely spacious rooms and kitchen - even solar back up power. Very easy and kind communication. Highly recommended!

Our stay couldn't have been more spectacular. It was a perfect balance of being within close proximity to Leopard Hill's top restaurants/markets and the serenity of being out at a world-class African bush lodge. The interiors were absolutely beautiful, the house was pristine and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Linda was communicative, provided guidance as needed, and was responsive on-demand. I couldn't have ask for a more wonderful place to stay, everyone was truly above and beyond!

The welcome we got was something have never experienced before.The Physical sustainance was 100% enjoyable and indeed it was home away from home.The place both inside and out was as advertised,so beautiful. I can't wait to go back!

Nice and quiet house, with everything in place to mitigate the daily power cuts (solar system provides electricity at all time and there's a gas stove as backup so cooking is never a problem either) It's been very easy to communicate with Erica, she is very nice and answers all questions quickly. We had a perfect stay in Kingsland!

The place was beautiful and homey but the location was a little far from the city and where we needed to go. Maybe they should specify distance to places in the description

My mum and I spent 3 weeks at Gracimor, when I tell you it absolutely exceeded our expectations, the space is regularly cleaned and well maintained. Chintu is very responsive, great with recommendations. The staff are very professional and friendly. Most importantly we felt incredibly safe, they take security very seriously at Gracimor, anytime I took a cab, notes were taken to ensure my safety. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be back next April.

The property is very nice, comfortable, clean. Excellent security and internet. 4km away from a modern shopping mall - Lewanika. Above all the host is exceptionally friendly, the best I have seen. I am looking forward to coming back again

The host was also incredibly attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met and providing excellent recommendations for local attractions. Overall, our stay at Kaya Apartment was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly, clean, and well-maintained place to stay. Phoebe, Brian and the rest of the family were great hosts who were very welcoming and friendly, always keen to ensure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. They supplied fresh fruit and yoghurt on arrival and smoked chicken sausages one evening. The farm house style guest wing was adequately furnished and situated in a lovely green garden complete with swimming pool. It was a very peaceful environment. A word of warning to those relying on Google maps to direct them to the location. It led us by a route through a neighbour's yard which was blocked off by a fence. But Phoebe was on hand by phone to help direct us. Despite the acute Zesco lead shedding while we were there Phobe was able to ensure that we had fans and lights etc t from alternative power sources. We would definitely recommend Phoebe's place to other Airbnb users.

Chintu’s place was spacious and well-appointed with thoughtful touches. We were two adults and a teen but the BnB can easily hold six guests. The firm and comfortable mattress, bathroom for each bedroom and guests half BA plus private outdoor brai section and lastly fully equipped kitchen, were high points. Our family added a night and it was easy to stay longer with five star comforts and strong WiFi. Location is outside of Lusaka (5 mins) so driving was a must and we got used to spending the day out. Gracimanor Hynlands Estate is roughly a 25-minute drive from Great East Park and Manda Hill shopping centers. Garden City Mall is the closest (7 mins) with a cute cafe Brews Coffee worth a stop and the many bars nearby in the cuts.
