Vine Cottage is a quaint gite in a secluded part of rural France. It sleeps four people; a large bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed and a smaller double room downstairs with two single beds. There is a shower room on the ground floor. The historic town of Melle is just 4km away with a choice of supermarkets/restaurants etc. The gite itself is very private with a beautiful swimming pool, garden and eating area. Ample parking, and central heated, the gite is available all year round.

The living area of 60 m2 for 2 people consists of a very bright kitchen-living area, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In front of the house, a courtyard is available as well as a parking lot. For your short or longer stays, vacation or professional, you will find peace and comfort here!

A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)

Small single-family home restored in charm and authenticity with its magnificent bread oven. The house has a private entrance and spacious parking. The house has all the necessary amenities with its equipped kitchen.
