Though Seahorse Villa enjoys an extraordinary position along a pristine stretch of white sand and shimmering turquoise water, it offers far more than a classic beachfront escape. This luxury townhouse provides the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and contemporary island living—an ideal retreat for a memorable getaway with friends or a relaxed holiday with family.
Designed for seamless indoor–outdoor living, the villa features its own private coastal oasis complete with spacious lounging and dining areas, a barbecue for evenings under the stars, and an al-fresco shower just steps from the beach.
Inside, the villa’s 2,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space are centered around an open-plan great room. A dining area welcomes you at the front, flowing into a fully equipped modern kitchen, and then into a serene sitting area that opens directly onto the terrace closest to the ocean. Soft coastal tones echo the natural beauty outside, while clean, modern furnishings bring a fresh, elevated feel throughout.
Conveniently located, the villa is only a 15-minute drive to shopping, dining, and nightlife, and golfers will appreciate being just 25 minutes from the renowned Ocean Club Golf Course on Paradise Island. When it’s time to depart, Lynden Pindling International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away—allowing you to savor the sand and sea until the very last moment of your stay.
