The space
Built within the Samujana Estate, this Koh Samui vacation home is surrounded by tropical gardens and designed to optimize ocean views. With accommodations for eight, this luxury villa is the perfect setting for a beach holiday with the family, or a golf vacation with friends.

Decorated with a neutral scheme, this tropical villa is tranquil and relaxing. The earthy tones of local wood and stone compliment the vibrant colors of lush vegetation throughout the property. Easy flow from the terrace to the interior ensures that nature is always enjoyed, and appreciated within. Comfortable designer furniture, positioned thoughtfully throughout the open concept floor plan, is used to separate spaces with out sacrificing ease of flow. As a result, the atmosphere promotes socializing, while maintaining the ability for guest to find privacy when it is desired.

Some of the more private areas in Sixteen are the games room, media room, and study, all great places to relax and watch a movie, or challenge a friend to a game of billiards. The kitchen comes equipped with a breakfast bar, espresso machine, and a wine fridge. And, if you’re thinking of hosting a dinner party, there’s space for ten at the formal dining area inside, and room for the same out on the terrace. Also on the terrace, you’ll find sun beds, loungers, living spaces, and even a yoga deck, all surrounding the infinity pool. And, included with rental is airport transfer, daily housekeeping, and breakfast.

Nearby the villa you’ll find Choeng Mon and Chaweng Beaches, the Koh Samui Rain Forest, and shopping, dining, and nightlife on Koh Samui’s Main Street. And, if you feel like a challenge, book a round at Bohput Hills Championship Golf Course.
