The space
Enjoy the coastal elegance and beachfront luxury of “Villa Sol Mate”. Find serenity, relaxation and all the hallmarks of a perfect retreat for family vacations and couples’ getaways. This 2200 sq ft villa offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, stunning interiors, beach access, private dock, breathtaking panoramic Caribbean Sea views, and incredible accommodation for 8 guests!
Guests are welcomed into the villa with a jewel-toned ocean view, lots of natural light, and soft, neutral decor elements. The open layout seamlessly connects the main living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room’s plush furnishings make the perfect place to sink down in front of the mounted flat-screen television. There’s beautiful native wood throughout the condo. The chefs in your group will undoubtedly love preparing fresh, coastal meals in this space, which offers everything you need and lots of countertop space. The breakfast bar creates the perfect place for others to gather over appetizers and entertain the cooks as they work. Guests can enjoy 4 seats at the breakfast bar and 8 additional seats at the adjacent dining table. Sliding glass doors lead to the spacious back patio, which provides a place to enjoy the rejuvenating beach views with a morning coffee or a favorite evening cocktail.
This villa offers 3 gorgeous bedrooms with various sleeping accommodations that are sure to please everyone in your group. Guests in the primary suite will enjoy a plush king bed, a mounted flat-screen television, beach views and direct access to the back patio, and a private bathroom with a shower, dual-sink vanity and a jacuzzi tub. The second guest room offers a luxurious queen bed, a twin over twin trundle bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The final bedroom features a cozy king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Belizean Cove Estates is located 3.5 miles north of San Pedro and comes with a private dock for excursion pick up and drop off. The pool is one of its kind with multiple tiers, zero-entry, waterfalls, and a hot tub. You can relax while reading a book in one of the many outdoor hammocks. The boutique resort has eight units, offering privacy and an intimate experience. The resort is within walking distance of many fabulous restaurants. You can use the onsite kayaks or paddleboards to grab lunch at Rum Dog, an over the water restaurant where you’re likely to see stingrays cruising by, or use the onsite bicycles to bike to Farmhouse to enjoy a fresh smoothie or breakfast sandwich. A golf cart ride will take you to Secret Beach for the day. Just make sure to check out Truckstop for some live music and the gorgeous sunset views…and a Dirty Monkey drink is always worth a mention. Plan to fly into San Pedro Airport, 3.5 miles from Villa Sol Mate is located , Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport, 48 miles away. From the villa’s location on Ambergris Caye Beach, you can book a tour or diving expedition through Tuff E Nuff Tours, just over a half-mile away, get out on the tennis or basketball courts 1 mile away, or find shopping and dining in the town of San Pedro, 3 miles away. If you can’t get enough of the sand and warm water, it’s worth making a trip to Secret Beach Beach, 4.5 miles away, or Hol Chan Marine Reserve, 7 miles away.
