Lush gardens and the home’s bold color scheme greet you upon arrival; their yellows, reds and greens exuding both vitality and tranquility. The four-bedroom villa features vast outdoor expanses that flow seamlessly into elegant indoor spaces. Create enduring memories at this luxurious property that places the sea, sand and San Diego within reach.
Rediscover your surroundings each morning as you step out onto the immense terrace with your coffee. Sapphire Pacific water, verdant treetops and the rich architectural spectacle of La Jolla shores all unfold before you. Spend days along the terrace that features a long lap pool, hot tub, multiple lounge areas and a barbecue gazebo. Escape the afternoon sun under a picturesque pergola. Fresh local ingredients, grilled to perfection, are yours to enjoy al fresco.
Enter through a retractable glass wall and encounter the spacious great room. This room, like the rest of the villa, boasts sophisticated décor; distinctly contemporary, yet carrying a timeless air. On cool nights, warm yourself by the fire as you watch a film on the flatscreen TV. Natural stone tiles lead you to a fully equipped kitchen, fitted with custom wood cabinets and smooth surfaces.
