Cozy but spacious North PB 2 bedroom house only 3 blocks from the beach and steps away from the best cafes, bars and restaurants that Pacific Beach has to offer! ***Please note that I provide an AC unit in the MASTER bedroom from June until around the first week of October, depending on the weather. I also provide space heaters in each room during cooler months of December-March. AC is rarely needed in any house near the beach but we want our guests to be as comfortable as possible***

This beautiful home is right off the boardwalk in Pacific Beach, a 5-10 min walk to the Pier. Close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The house is centrally located in San Diego making visits allover easy. We are right next to the 5 star Pacific Terrace Hotel. There are 2 rooms, 1 private bathroom for guests, and a pullout couch if needed. Please note, I am home but keep to myself.
