The space
Villa Diana offers 575 m² of interior space on a 2,259 m² lot. The open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to an expansive veranda with several comfortable sofas, ideal for entertaining or a quiet escape. The contemporary kitchen features high-quality appliances, coal granite countertops with iridescent blue flecks, and fresh vanilla-painted cabinetry. A media room with cherry hardwood floors and a large-screen TV is set up for relaxed film nights. All four en-suite bedrooms are tastefully furnished in sage and amber tones, with marble vanities, crisp white tile bathrooms, and curated local art throughout. Outside, a private swimming pool sits within lush gardens graced by more than 20 royal palms for privacy. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and media room, cable TV, telephone, high-speed internet, a BBQ area, covered parking, a 6-seat golf cart for use within the resort, and full linens and towels are all included.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire villa, private pool, veranda, gardens, covered parking, and a 6-seat golf cart for getting around the resort. As residents of Sea Horse Ranch, guests also enjoy access to the resort's shared amenities including two oceanfront swimming pools with waterfalls, semi-private sandy beaches, pickleball courts, and the organic garden. The Beach Club seaside restaurant, Tennis Club (five clay courts), Equestrian Center, and Summer Camp (seasonal) are available on-site, some on a pay-per-use or reservation basis.

Villa Diana's interiors feature a curated eclectic mix of local art and vintage black-and-white photography that connect the home to the island's colors and environment. A telephone is provided in the villa in addition to Wi-Fi/internet and cable TV. Catering is available on request, and a credit card is required on file at check-in for incidentals and on-site consumptions (see House Rules). The villa's cul-de-sac offers direct walkable access to the Sea Horse Ranch beaches, the seaside pools, and the Beach Club restaurant.
