Oceanfront Casa Los Monos is steps from the gorgeous local beach, Playa Danta. Set on Calle Cartagena, this home is built for connection. It’s easy to engage in friendly conversations with neighbors through the street-level pool terrace and outdoor living room.

The space
Just off the terrace, the large windows and doors in the indoor living and dining area connect back to the terrace, outdoors, and the ocean beyond. A modern well-lit kitchen is perfect for hosting dinners crafted by private chefs.

All of the bedrooms are set privately on the second floor, with a jack-and-jill bunk room and guest bedroom across from the master bedroom and a studio. Balconies off the master and studio face out towards the ocean and street below, allowing for easy connection with the community while maintaining the home’s beachfront lifestyle. An expansive rooftop terrace rounds out the home, complete with lounge seating and the best ocean views in the house.

When ready to leave home, all of the amazing experiences in Las Catalinas await. From sunset barbecues on Playa Danta and catamaran cruises along the coast to guided mountain bike rides on the trails, there is something for everyone in this active beach town.

To ensure a care-free vacation, a dedicated Housemom will manage all of the tasks, preparing breakfast and light snacks with guests ingredients, and coordinating housekeeping while you are out enjoying sunset barbecues on Playa Danta, wine tastings in the Cava at Copper and Stone, guided mountain biking trips on the trails, or diving off the Catalina Islands.
