The space
Play is at the heart of this modern mansion at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Reunion gated resort community. Living rooms in refined creams and grays lead to the Camp Morlando kids’ area and a life-size tree with slides shooting out of its branches. Let your imagination take flight here or at one of Orlando’s theme parks, close enough that you can see the fireworks from your own deck.
Drawing inspiration from hotels and arcades, this villa makes a point of keeping everyone entertained. Take the outdoor living areas, which feature a pool with a lazy river, an alfresco kitchen, and a putting green. Or the indoor play spaces with a model tree, arcade games, and a laser maze. There’s even a 1,300-square-foot laser tag arena where you can hide behind a cop car.
But the villa’s sense of play doesn’t mean it sacrifices style. The L-shaped great room just off the pool terrace has hardwood floors and a gray-and-white color scheme, played up with metallic accents. And there’s room for everyone in the sitting area, dining area, and along the breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen.
Guests can arrange to play a round on the Reunion golf course or book a massage at the resort community’s spa. If you’ve come to Orlando for the parks, Disney is only 6 miles away, and Universal is within 20 miles.
