PARKING: Please check online for the "White Zone" parking, as I do not have private parking and I really cant help to find a spot! Private guest room with bathroom. HIGH-SPEED internet. Lake, Old Town and Shopping in Walking distance. Friends come over and CBD Marihuana can be smoked in common area inside!

Advantages: - Nice room in the city centre of Lucerne (5 minutes walking distance to old town, train station & lake) - free coffee & tea - dining room, bathroom, balcony can be used - Lucerne Guest Card (public transport, WiFi, etc.) Disadvantages: - room is next to the street (slight vibrations!) - cooking is not allowed - no television - smoking on the balcony only - hot water is limited (no long showers!)
