Welcome to Ängslyckan! The house has a large plot of land with an adjacent soccer field. 300 meters down to the jetty on Lake Mälaren. Glass-enclosed patio and large deck with seating area and sun lounger. The sun shines here all day. Next to the playpen is the playhouse with a 120-cm bed and toys. On the property, there is a swing for friends, as well as apple and cherry trees. Rowboat access in the summer for a lovely day on the lake. About 2–3 kilometers (1.2–1.9 miles) away is Sandviksbadet, which has a sandy beach. Approximately 20 km (12 miles) to Ica Maxi in Eskilstuna.

There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a motor boat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. You have access to your own apartment on the upper floor of the south wing building. There you have 3 rooms and a kitchen as well as a small patio near the accommodation.
